Fischer Flowers is one of the longest continually-operating retail florists in the United States. The company was founded in Atlantic City in 1876 by George and Franciska Fischer who proudly served their customers from their home at Kentucky and Arctic Avenues. Thanks to their passion for floriculture and much hard work, their business prospered and grew. In 1921, the company constructed a large and modern retail facility at 1622 Pacific Avenue where it is still headquartered today. In 1983, the company expanded its service to the "mainland" communities through the acquisition of Colonial Flower Shop at 2322 Shore Road in Linwood.

We are now in our 5th generation of Fischer family ownership. While times have certainly changed, our values have not. Our mission is to do whatever it takes to ensure you are not merely satisfied with your purchase, but delighted.

Whenever possible, we utilize technology to improve our service and lower costs. We continue to invest in the most advanced technology available in our industry; always seeking a better shopping experience and greater value for you, our loyal customer.

We are honored to have received numerous prestigious awards for our work, including being named a "Top 100" florist in the nation by Teleflora and "Best Florist" by the Press of Atlantic City's Readers' Choice Awards.
