Policies & Procedures

We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.

If the recipient is not home

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we may choose to leave the item at the door, weather and other conditions permitting. If you prefer that we do not do this, please call us immediately at 609-927-3823.

Shipping Charge

Shipping charge is based on the delivery date you have selected. Next day deliveries will incur an overnight charge, 2nd business day delivery will incur a 2 day charge, etc.

Delivery Status

Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.

Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada

* Note all transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays without verbal confirmation. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.

Floral Order Delivery Times

Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 7 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.

When the Recipient Is Not Home

The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.

If the delivery is going to a place of business

Please indicate the name of the business or organization under "Company" in the "Recipient Info" section of the checkout screen. Please also provide as much additional information as possible under "Special Instructions" which is located under "Order Info" in the checkout screen. It is important that we know the department the recipient works in and/or the recipient's title or position. We also need to know the recipient's work hours and any other information that we might need to ensure a succesful and timely delivery. Please be advised that many businessess, especially casinos and hotels, have designated drop off points for employee deliveries (usually the front desk). In most cases, we will not be delivering directly to the employee him or herself. We can not assume responsibility for your order after delivering it to an authorized representative at the property. Thank you.

If the delivery is going to a casino/hotel guest

If your delivery is going to a hotel guest, please indicate this under "Special Instructions" which is located under "Order Info" in the checkout screen. If the room number is known, please include this. If the room is registered under a different name than the recipient's name, please indicate this as well as the check-in and check-out dates if known. Please be advised that in most cases we are unable to deliver directly to the guests room. We will deliver to the property's designated delivery area (usually the front desk). We can not be responsible for ensuring that the recipient receives your order after we have delivered it to the property and it has been received by an authorized representative of that property. Thank you.

International Floral Deliveries

Due to the difference in time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.

Gift Items Shipped Directly

Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Substitution Policy

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers and plants might be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower or plant varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers or plant(s) and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement or plant, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.

Saturday delivery

Saturday delivery will incur an additional charge.
