I received a brochure from you. Why are your prices different on your web site than in the brochure?
In most cases, the reason our online prices are different is because they INCLUDE the delivery charge. Any item that has the word "Delivered!" next to the price, is priced to include delivery. The only extra charge you pay is sales tax. Our brochure prices do NOT include the delivery charge.
 
What are your hours of operation?
Our telephones are answered 24-hours a day, every day of the year.
Our physical store hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Saturday 8:30am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.
 
What about Sunday deliveries?
Although our stores are closed on Sundays, we will still deliver funerals, weddings, and special event work. Additionally, we are open on Sundays for certain holidays such as Mother's Day. Feel free to call us with any specific questions about our Sunday hours or delivery availability.
 
How will I know if my order has been received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if there is any problem with your order.
 
What if I provide an incorrect delivery address?
Providing us with a correct name, address, and telephone number is critical to the timely delivery of your order. For items that are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or other commercial delivery service. a $10.00 fee will be charged if we are provided with an incorrect address.
 
Can I request a special delivery time?
Although specific delivery times can not be guaranteed without first speaking to our customer service department, we will do our best to honor any special requests you have noted in the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form.
 
Is the information I provide during the checkout process kept confidential?
All information is held in strictest confidence. We do not trade, rent or sell this information to outside companies. We only use this information to personalize your shopping experience, as well as notifying you about special offers, services and enhancements to our web site. Any suspicious or fraudulent use of credit cards will be forwarded to authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
 
Is sales tax included in the price of the item I am purchasing.
No. 6% sales tax will be added to your subtotal when you check out. You will be shown the total amount of your order before it is processed.
 
How do I redeem my "Rose Petals?"
Once you have accumulated 10 or more "Rose Petals" you will see an area on the order form that will prompt you to redeem them. If you would like to donate them to one of our "Good Neighbor" organizations, please call our customer service department who will handle that for you.
 
What happens to my florist-delivered order when the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not at their home when a delivery is attempted, the florist may choose to do one of the following:





Call the recipient ahead of time to make sure that they are going to be there or to schedule an appropriate time.

Leave a note on the door of the recipient's home asking them to call the florist and schedule an appropriate delivery time.

Leave the arrangement in a covered area of the home (porch or other entrance).

Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door referring them to the neighbor who accepted for them.



If you do not wish for the delivering florist to use any of these procedures, please make sure that you indicate this in the "Special Instructions" box on your order form.
 
Is do I need to know about hospital deliveries?
Each hospital has its own rules pertaining to floral and gift deliveries. In general, patients in ICU are not permitted to receive anything. Please wait until your intended recipient has been discharged from ICU before placing an order. Latex balloons are strictly prohibited in most hospitals but mylar balloons are permitted. Please make sure the recipeint name is spelled correctly and the correct room and bed number (if applicable) are given.
 
What if I am sending something to an employee or a guest at a hotel?
Please clearly state this in the order form. If the recipient is a guest, make sure you tell us if the room is registered under someone else's name and please provide a room number if known . If an employee; please provide his or her title or department and what hours he or she works.
